Located in footage surrounding Crabbe Library's Grand Reading Room, this $2.8 million renovation with technologically sophisticated learning environments is anchored by a major gift from Ron and Sherrie Lou Noel. Students from every discipline will work with faculty and staff from multiple departments, develop and rehearse professional level presentations and enhance their research skills--- yielding informed, critical, creative thinkers and top-notch communicators who are prepared to design and present solutions in their future careers and communities.

An inviting, interactive design will engage the university community in the process of scientific inquiry and discovery. "The New Science Building," affirms President Doug Whitlock, "is a major contribution to our university, the economic growth of our region, and Commonwealth and the academic relevance of EKU."
